Terms of use

Last updated: October 2026

Kairos is a time bank for adults aged 18 and over. By creating an account you confirm you are of age and that you accept these terms.

Time is the only currency. One hour of help is always worth one hour, whatever the activity. Hours have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold or converted into money.

Each new account receives 5 welcome hours. Your balance can go down to minus 5 hours; below that you can only offer time. Hours expire 12 months after they are earned.

Exchanges are agreements between members. Kairos is not a party to them and does not guarantee the quality of the help offered. Meet in safe places and use common sense.

Do not publish content that is offensive, illegal or that shows other people without their consent. We may hide content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

You can ask to delete your account at any time from your profile.
